Restoration Technician (Specialist Cleaning)

Salary £26,000pa, with OTE of £40K
ICE Services is a specialist and emergency cleaning management service that operates UK wide. We are now looking to expand our Restoration Technician team due to exceptional growth over the past 12 months. You will work on a full-time basis with a shift pattern that includes days, nights and weekends on a 1 in 5 rota.
ICE Technicians pride themselves on their ability to provide exceptional customer service, extensive knowledge, and skills in a variety of service lines. About The Role
- Specialist cleaning and waste removal tasks for customers across a range of sectors
- Deep cleaning and disinfection services for all types of businesses
- Deliver verbal and written reports to clients by using our CRM software
- Use of equipment such as vacs, floor scrubbers, jet washers and other specialist tools
- Regular travel to various customer sites across the region
About You
- A full clean UK Driving Licence is preferred but not mandatory
- Must hold a valid CSCS card
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and nights
- Experience in cleaning and waste roles is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to be customer facing
- Able to use everyday technology tools such as tablets and mobile phones
